BEFORE USING YOUR MOLDKIT

Please read these instructions carefully and watch the video link we emailed you before starting. Make sure you fully understand the process to avoid any gaps or delays between steps.

WHAT'S IN YOUR MOLDKIT?

Your Moldkit is a DIY kit designed to take impressions of your teeth, which we will use to custom-make your grillz. Inside, you will find:

• Putty & Catalyst: Packaged balls of impression material.

  • For first-time kits, you will receive two balls of each color (four total).

  • For re-orders, you will receive the number of balls corresponding to the number of impressions ordered.

• Trays: Disposable trays used to take your impressions. Please rinse thoroughly and gently dab dry before use. You may receive one or multiple sizes. Different trays are provided for your upper and lower jaws.

• Order Form: Complete this form and include it when you return your impressions so we can process your order.

IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• Both the trays and the putty will go into your mouth.

• Always wash your hands thoroughly before handling the kit.

• Work on a clean surface to keep everything hygienic.
